The Company may use the names "Yunanistan Investments" and/or "Londonist Investments Greece" on the Website. Such commercial use does not change the fact that the data controller responsible for personal data is LONDONİST YURT DIŞI DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, as identified above.
This notice has been prepared to fulfil the information obligation under Article 10 of the KVKK. It is not a consent form and does not request general consent to the processing of your personal data.
2. Scope
This Information Notice applies to individuals who:

- submit a contact or consultancy form through the Website;
- contact the Company by email, telephone or WhatsApp;
- request information about property in Greece, property investment or Golden Visa processes;
- contact the Company regarding property viewings, investment consultancy or related services; or
- use services offered or coordinated by the Company.
3. Personal Data We Process
Depending on the nature of your relationship with the Company, the following categories of personal data may be processed.
3.1 Identity Information
Name, surname and, where required depending on the nature of the service, identity document details, passport information, date of birth, nationality or similar information.
As a principle, identity documents or other information not necessary for the provision of the relevant service should not be requested through the initial contact form on the Website.
3.2 Contact Information
This may include:
- telephone number;
- mobile telephone number;
- email address;
- postal address;
- WhatsApp contact details; and
- preferred method of communication.
3.3 Customer Transaction and Enquiry Information
This may include:
- property of interest;
- preferred location;
- investment budget;
- preferred property type;
- purpose of investment;
- Golden Visa requirements;
- meeting or property-viewing requests;
- messages and enquiries submitted;
- correspondence with customer representatives; and
- transaction and meeting records.
3.4 Financial and Transaction Information
Where necessary at later stages of a service or proposed transaction, we may process:

3.5 Golden Visa and Overseas Transaction Information
Where a transaction involving property acquisition or Golden Visa services in Greece proceeds, we may process:
- nationality/citizenship information;

- information relating to family members and dependants;
- investment and property information; and
- documents required for the relevant application.
As a principle, such information should not be requested through the general Website contact form and should instead be collected through secure methods only when necessary.
3.6 Legal Transaction and Compliance Information
Where required by the relevant service or applicable legislation, we may process:
- contracts;
- powers of attorney;
- legal correspondence;
- official documents;
- know-your-customer and compliance information;
- sanctions or similar screening information; and
- dispute and claim information.
3.7 Special Categories of Personal Data
The Company does not intend to collect special categories of personal data through general Website contact forms.
However, where the processing of special categories of personal data becomes necessary in connection with a Golden Visa application, legal transaction or other official process, such data will be processed in accordance with Article 6 of the KVKK and any additional safeguards required by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Where necessary, additional information will be provided to the relevant individual in relation to the specific processing activity.
3.8 Website and Technical Data
When you use the Website, we may process technical information including:

- operating system;
- date and time of access;
- pages visited;
- referring website;
- security and system logs; and
- information obtained through cookies and similar technologies.

4. Methods of Collecting Personal Data

- property owners or developers;
- group or affiliated companies in Greece;
- lawyers, notaries, accountants and other professional advisers; and
- authorised public bodies and official registers.
5. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
5.1 Responding to Enquiries and Consultancy Requests
Your name, contact information, investment budget, property preferences and message content may be processed for the purposes of:
- assessing your enquiry;
- contacting you;
- identifying suitable properties;
- arranging meetings or consultations; and
- providing information about the service you requested.
The legal basis for such processing is Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK, where processing is necessary in connection with the establishment or performance of a contract, and, depending on the circumstances, Article 5/2-(f), concerning the legitimate interests of the Company.
Accordingly, separate general consent stating "I consent to the processing of my personal data" is not required merely in order for us to respond to your enquiry.
5.2 Provision of Services
Where a service relationship is established with the Company, personal data may be processed for:
- providing the relevant service;
- presenting property options;
- arranging consultations and viewings;
- coordinating purchase or investment transactions; and
- coordinating the process with relevant professionals.
The legal basis is Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK.
5.3 Legal and Regulatory Obligations
Personal data may be processed for:
- tax purposes;
- accounting;
- maintenance of commercial records;
- responding to requests from competent authorities;
- compliance with legal obligations; and
- prevention of fraud and unlawful activity.
The legal bases are Articles 5/2-(a) and 5/2-(ç) of the KVKK.
5.4 Protection of Legal Rights
Personal data may be processed for:
- assessing legal claims;
- protecting contractual rights;
- resolving disputes;
- litigation and enforcement proceedings; and
- establishing, exercising or protecting the Company's legal rights.
The legal basis is Article 5/2-(e) of the KVKK.
5.5 Website Security

- preventing misuse;
- detecting cyberattacks; and
- resolving technical problems.
Such processing may be based on Article 5/2-(f) of the KVKK, where necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant individual are not adversely affected.
5.6 Marketing and Commercial Electronic Communications
Marketing communications relating to campaigns, new properties, opportunities, investment content or similar matters may be sent through:
- email;
- SMS;
- telephone;
- WhatsApp; or
- other electronic communication channels.
Where required by Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation, prior consent will be obtained.
Marketing consent is not a condition of having a consultancy request assessed or receiving any service.
Approvals and opt-out records relating to commercial electronic communications may be managed through the Commercial Electronic Message Management System ("İYS") in accordance with applicable legislation.
An individual may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
6. Communication via WhatsApp
The Website may provide a link enabling users to contact the Company via WhatsApp.
Where a user voluntarily initiates a WhatsApp conversation by clicking this link, the user's contact details and message content may be processed for the purpose of responding to the enquiry.
However, the subsequent sending of advertising or marketing messages via WhatsApp is separately assessed under the legislation governing commercial electronic communications and, where required, prior consent will be obtained.
WhatsApp is a third-party service. WhatsApp and the companies providing the service may separately act as data controllers in relation to their own processing activities.
Users are not required to use WhatsApp and may contact the Company by email at info@yunanistaninvestments.com instead.
7. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, to the extent required for the relevant transaction and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with the following recipient groups:
- property owners in Greece;
- property developers;
- project companies;
- cooperating real estate or consultancy companies;
- Londonist-related entities in Greece;
- lawyers;
- notaries;
- accountants and tax advisers;
- engineers and technical experts;
- banks and payment service providers;
- authorised professionals involved in Golden Visa and immigration procedures;
- information technology, hosting, CRM and communication service providers;
- auditors and professional advisers;
- courts;
- law-enforcement authorities;
- regulatory and administrative authorities; and
- public bodies authorised by law.
Personal data will only be shared to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.
8. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
Since one of the Company's principal activities is the coordination of Greek property investments and Golden Visa procedures, certain transactions may require your personal data to be transferred to Greece or another country outside Türkiye.
Personal data will not be transferred abroad unless one of the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK is satisfied.
Depending on the circumstances, an overseas transfer may be based on:
- an adequacy decision issued by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board;
- one of the appropriate safeguards provided for in Article 9 of the KVKK;
- standard contracts published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board;
- binding corporate rules;
- another appropriate safeguard subject to approval by the Board; or
- one of the limited exceptional transfer grounds permitted by law.
Where standard contracts are used, the notifications required under applicable legislation will also be made to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
Where necessary, additional information will be provided to the relevant individual before a new or materially different overseas transfer is made.
9. Retention of Personal Data
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, in accordance with the general principles under Article 4 of the KVKK.
As a general approach:
- general consultancy and investment enquiries that do not develop into a service relationship will ordinarily be retained for no longer than three years from the last active communication;
- commercial, contractual, accounting and transaction records may be retained for the statutory limitation and retention periods applicable under relevant legislation;
- records relating to disputes may be retained until the dispute and applicable legal periods have concluded;
- marketing consent records may be retained for as long as the consent remains valid;
- where a marketing opt-out has been made, a minimum suppression record may be retained for as long as legally permissible to ensure that the individual is not contacted again for marketing purposes; and
- retention periods relating to cookies are set out in the Cookie Policy and Cookie Preference Centre.
Where the retention purpose ceases to exist, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK and applicable secondary legislation.
10. Data Security
Under Article 12 of the KVKK, the Company takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to:
- prevent unlawful processing of personal data;
- prevent unlawful access to personal data; and
- ensure the secure storage of personal data.
Depending on the nature of the data, such measures may include access controls, authorisation procedures, secure storage, secure transfers, backups, access logging, confidentiality obligations for employees and contractual data-security arrangements with service providers.
11. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- request information where your personal data has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose;
- learn the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion or destruction of personal data where the legal conditions are satisfied;
- request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
- object to an outcome arising against you where personal data has been analysed exclusively through automated systems; and
- request compensation where you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing of personal data.
12. Applications Under the KVKK
You may submit requests under the KVKK in writing to:

Your application should contain sufficient information to enable us to identify you and understand your request.
Applications will be dealt with as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within the 30-day period prescribed by the KVKK, depending on the nature of the request.
The provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controllers remain applicable.
13. Complaints to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority
After exercising your right to apply to the Company under the KVKK, you may, where the conditions set out in the Law are satisfied, lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

14. Children’s Data
The Website is primarily intended for adults interested in property investment.
We do not seek to collect personal data directly from children through the Website for marketing purposes.
Where information relating to children or other family members is required as part of a Golden Visa application, such information will be processed only to the extent necessary for the relevant transaction and on an appropriate legal basis.

The Website may contain links to:
- WhatsApp;

- Facebook;
- Instagram;
- LinkedIn;

- other third-party websites.
The processing activities of such platforms are subject to their own privacy policies.
The presence of a link on our Website does not mean that the Company is responsible for all processing activities carried out independently by that third party.
